References to we, us or our (or words of similar import) means Company (and/or any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates) that processes your personal information and interacts with you within our Program.

General Provisions

Under EU data protection law, we act as a controller, the person responsible for the information you provide. Your Customers/Users (Players)

Please note that with respect to the information and personal data of the Players you refer to our clients, we are not the controller of this information and personal data. Furthermore, we do not have any access to the personal data of the Players as part of your participation in our Program, and advise you not to provide us with any personal data of the Players. We ask you to inform us about any case when you provide us with personal data of the referred Players, so we can delete any such information and/or personal data.

With respect to the Players you refer to Bananza clients, you are a data controller, and if you as our Partner or any of your customers is a citizen or a resident of a country in the European Union (EU), then you must ensure that you comply with legal requirements and your obligations as a data controller under the GDPR; namely, you must ensure that you afford your customers the rights identified in GDPR.

Also, you are responsible for seeking a proper legal basis according to but not limited to GDPR terms & conditions from your customers in order to use their data.

Processing of the Personal Data of an of Persons under Eighteen Years of Age

Our Program and this Website, in particular, are for full-aged individuals of at least eighteen (18) years of age and not intentionally targeted to children. People under eighteen (18) years of age including children at no time are not eligible and not allowed to register an Account with us and/or participate in the Program provided on our Website.
